Just amazing to find a device that can give you the perfect solution for muscle therapy. I suffer for years from backache and I need to be prepared on a daily basis to work at least 5 hours on my radio show, since I start using LG 8TMP I feel better. It is a versatile model because I can use from 2 to 8 pads according to my needs.

1 Star A nothing Insert. GET THE GEL!
I tried a pair of these In my running shoes which are not as comfortable as all trainers. The are light and flat shoes and Uncomfortable as a walking shoe.

SO I tried these because they were the number 1 seller on Amazon. Boy was that a mistake.

THEY ONLY HAVE A TINY CUSHION IN JUST THE HEEL! Which does not help my back or much of anything.

I had to replace them with the gel Inserts and now I can tolerate my running shoes. The gel are the entire length of your foot and so comfortable!

They are worth It for running shoes!

I threw away this set of back pain relief.

I love this self-massage tool! It has many knobs, allowing you to manipulate to all body parts needing massage. You get to control the depth of the massage by using the convenient handles. I was amazed at how well it really worked for relaxing those tense/tight muscles. I have Fibromyalgia and I am accustomed to aching muscles in my back and ribs. This tool allows me to get deep into the aches and release the toxins. My only regret is that I didn’t buy two of them so I would have one to use at work. The price was reasonable for the quality and the use.

A friend of mine turned me onto these. Saw it in his house and thought it was some kind of torture device. Once he explained how it worked though, and I was able to use it, I was sold.

I workout a lot and often have stiffness in my back. I get massages on a regular basis, but sometimes I need something NOW! Got one of these things and it helps me out considerably. For me, not as good as a professional, but it keeps me pain-free (more or less) until I can get on the table of my therapist.

The one downside to this product is the size. It’s not portable, so if you want one for more than a single location, you’ll probably need to buy more than one. I need one for my office, which is what lead me to look here. This is a good price, by the way.

My physical therapist recommended this product. Very useful and effective. The only drawback is that the small pamplet it comes with is very limited in instructing you about trigger points. I bought a separate book on the topic of self-massage/trigger points to educate myself on how to more effectively use the theracane.

5 Stars Back pain, be gone!
I purchased this item on the advice from my physical therapist. I love it because it gets at the sore and tight muscles that only a massage therapist could get at and loosen. I ended up purchasing one for my dad, and lent mine to a couple of my friends. They all love it! My dad is a truck driver, and he gets sore shoulders from hours of driving. He keeps his in the truck and uses it daily to keep the muscles from becoming too tight. For a while, I kept mine at work and even my coworkers were using it! I will be purchasing a few as Christmas gifts this year!

5 Stars Great for getting at those trouble spots in your back
In the past several months I decided that I was going to do all that I could to reduce the amount of back and shoulder pain that I have experienced more and more over the past few years. I have a mild case of scoliosis that was undiagnosed when I was an infant. As a result I suffer from a great deal of upper back pain. Physical Therapy has helped a lot and my physical therapist gave me a number of wonderful stretches and other advice. I have also been seeing a doctor who gives me monthly manipulations. She told me about the TheraCane, which I use on the precise spot where the scoliosis causes most of the pain. Along with some other body tools (in particular a Foam Roller), this has been one of the most useful things in eliminating or minimizing back pain.

The great thing about the TheraCane is its versatility. It is wonderfully designed and can be used to get at all kinds of pain. I have exclusively upper back pain, but I suspect that it would be equally helpful in dealing with lower back pain.

If you suffer from back pain of any kind, this could well be one of the best presents that you ever give to yourself.
