I’ve only used the lumbar stretched a couple of times, but I can definitely feel the stretch. I’m a little afraid of it so I have not reclined on it for any real length of time. It was suggested to me by a friend who knows that I have back disc issues. He didn’t feel that it would help him. It was a fairly inexpensive purchase so I felt that I had nothing to lose by getting it. It sits on my living room floor so I don’t forget about it. I think it can be a good thing.

I like it I use it when I wake up and makes my back feel better. I was sleeping on a too soft mattress and now I have a new mattress and try to get used to so this helps.
